How To Care For Your Simore Beauty Lashes?

 

• Be gentle - When removing your lashes you need to be as gentle as when you applied them. Never pull on the lashes to remove, always use the band.
• Remove glue - use a pointed tweezer to very gently remove any excess glue from the lashes after every wear.
• Store your lashes in the Simore Beauty lash case that the lashes came in and you'll be ready to wear them another day.

 

Note: Keep your lashes dry and clean. Avoid getting them wet because this can ruin the lashes. In addition when it comes to applying mascara, do not apply it directly to them. Instead, apply it to your natural lashes, and once it completely dry you can apply your lashes.

All orders are processed upon receipt. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business (weekends) days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. All orders received after 1:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

International Shipping

International Shipping rates vary based on package weight and distance. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 5-20 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Please note there may be potential Customs processing time that may pose a delay in order tracking and delivery. We are not in control of the Customs processing time, and cannot predict the length this process may take. Customs & Import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and by order value, and we have no influence or control over them. The customer is responsible for all customs and / or import fees. If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving your order to be eligible for a paid return shipping label from us. All lashes and products may NOT be worn or altered in any way to qualify for a refund or exchange.
